- Private music instruction (saxophone, theory, improvisation, group lessons)
- Online lessons
- Programs and workshops (audition prep, scholarship prep, AP Theory prep, etc.)
- Educational consulting services for schools, educators, and districts

2. Use of Website
You agree not to:

3. Lesson & Program Policies
Scheduling
Lessons, workshops, and consulting sessions must be scheduled in advance. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must follow the policy communicated at the time of enrollment. Missed sessions without notice may not be eligible for makeup or refund.
Online Lessons
Students are responsible for having a functional device, internet connection, and any required materials for virtual lessons.
4. Payments
- Payments for lessons, workshops, and consulting services are processed securely through third-party platforms (Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce).
- Fees may be due in advance depending on the program.
- All sales for digital materials, downloadable PDFs, or completed lessons are final.
5. Educational Materials
Any downloadable resources (PDFs, guides, handouts, worksheets) are for personal or institutional use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission.
6. Testimonials & Media
With permission, students or parents may allow photos, testimonials, or performance clips to be used for educational or promotional purposes. This is optional and not required for participation.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Technical issues related to internet, devices, or third-party platforms
- Outcomes related to auditions, scholarships, academic tests, or educational
- placementInterruptions beyond our control (weather, outages, emergencies)

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website — including text, curriculum materials, graphics, videos, and guides — is owned by Dr. J’s Music Studio & Academy unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
